Some are good, while others are bad. Some are angels of death, like Azrael, the Angel of Death. Others are angels of rebirth, like Raphael, who bestows a new life.
Is There a Chance That I Don’t Have a Guardian Angel?
There is zero chance of this, scripture itself states everybody has a guardian angel, its not fantasy as Pope Francis says, it is reality.
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;

Without knowing it, we all have guardian angels that are quietly helping watch over us all the time. They don’t show themselves, but they make our lives a bit better every day, just by the things they do.
